IMHO it would lead to a more precise comparison per tier as better performing tanks would have better XP per battle regardless of their win ratio.

Overlord: Win rate might be team dependent for a particular case or when the
sample is not representative enough. When the number of battles for
each tank reaches a 6-digit number, it becomes quite
reasonable.
