Looking it up on Wikipedia reveals a couple points:
Armor is only marginally better than the T-54/55, and weaker than the T-54A currently ingame; 102mm angled at 60 degrees on front upper hull.
115mm smoothbore cannon; pretty sure this was only
intended to fire APFSDS, HEAT and HE, no regular 'non-premium' AP rounds. The first APFSDS for this gun was steel instead of tungsten though, so it may be fine for a regular credit AP round.
Slower than T-55 due to increased weight.

Overlord: Mass T62 would be OP for tier 10 med. It makes sense to dig up an
appropriate prototype.
