With the new adjustments made and the distinct advantage it gives the Soviet tanks will any kind of rebalance be done until all the models are set to the same scale as each other?

Overlord: We have tightened the acceptable errors in the scale of tank models and are ready to fix all other inconsistencies that are currently in game. However when it comes of exact figures and sizes, it's important to use the same methodology, ie be on the same page, eg tank's height can be determined based on roof, commander's cupola or any other device mounted on the turret.
The only 2 tanks that have been changed substantially are IS-7 (note the ammo rack change and sloped side armour reduction in 7.0) and Obj 704. We don't think it would seriously affect the balance, indeed the tanks will be less likely to be hit at high range, at medium range - the reduction won't give them much. As for close combat, it might even become a disadvantage, allowing bigger tanks shot from the above thus reducing impact angle or even fire directly at the roof. Will see how it works out.
