Second Q: you (Overlord that is) claim that there are no hidden nerfs/buffs, yet there is no mention in 0.7.0 changelog about disabling optic stacking. So be more specific, please.

Overlord: One single person is not capable of holding all of the related info
in his head. The change wasn't meant to be hidden, it slipped out
of patch notes because of improper procedure.
