If that is true, would you mind taking a look a the tests we did here: http://forum.worldof...ost__p__1392419
We found the aiming circle to be bigger by a 2.5 factor when comparing to the known size of a tank. So if now you say that the ingame value is max dispersion at 100m, and you previously said that shots are normally distributed within the aiming circle, the only explanation that's is left is that tank models are 2.5 smaller in game than they were in real life. Can you confirm that?
PS: The solution we had originally gone with was that the dispersion value shown in game equals 1 standard deviation, while the aiming circle is set at 2.5 standard deviations. I had put the question to you before based on that thread, but you had basically skipped it (your answer is reposted in the linked thread).

Overlord: Just cleared it up. The dispersion given in UI, eg 0.31 for 100mm SA47, is given as per 2 sigma, thus it is lower than the real dispersion circle in battle which is given as per 3 sigma. So there is certain discrepancy.
