Overlord: 1. Global merger of all 3 servers (random battles) was never discussed as primary and accomplishable ,in the short or medium run, goal. Though I admit it can be fun to log on to another region and play a few battles there. However it is still a lot to be done to make the already introduced in 7.0 mechanics work properly, ie to ensure the proper transferring between RU1 and RU2 (within one particular region). Then we will start the work on CW merger.
2. The work hasn't been carried out for some time, since the server deployment team is involved in all releases (supertest, public test, live servers) and some other things, so they have been pretty busy these days.
