From the phrasing it seems that it wasn't decided yet at the moment of posting, and although it seems on test2/3 it was indeed refunded - is this refund 100% sure now for the 7.0 release? (And this question is about refund for both GW Panther and GW Tiger.)
The reason I'm asking is because refund seems like the only sensible thing to do here - simply demounting and putting into depot for free wouldn't be enough, because some players (including me) just won't have the use for Ventilation Class 3 anymore, now that both GW's are open top; and should they knew beforehand of this change, they would never have bought Vents in the first place.
Q2:
From 7.0 test3 patch notes:
"Slightly reduced the absorption of HE damage by armour for non-penetrating HE hits"
So it seems that the damage absorption coefficient (1.3 in the formula below) gets lowered - can you tell us the new value?
HE Damage = (Shell Damage / 2) * (1 - Distance / Splash Radius) - Armor Thickness * 1.3 * Spall Coefficient
Q3:
Since lowering armor absorption coefficient (see Q2) means lowering spall liner efficiency, because it saves me less HP per hit in absolute values - will spall liners be refunded, too?
The reasoning behind this refund exactly the same as presented in Q1.
