Do you mean, that when French or British tree will be there - they will be able to fight in one team (with US - edit added), but Russians and Germans will be able to fight as one team only with - respectively - other Russian and German tanks?
Ofc. hummell etc. have been in action, but not against tanks (in probably like 99% of situations). So the assumption from players is that historical battles should somehow "discourage" from using them, if not just plain "not allow". Because "historically" tanks were being attacked with other tanks, plains, AT guns and infantry. So the question is - how will you balance the historical battles to "encourage" tank/TD.
