The game EULA is the EULA that I agree to when I install the software into my computer, as is the same with all other software when you install and use it.
The game EULA that I signed do not mention and can not tie to me any other agreement, for instance, the agreement that is presented on here on the forums.
For instance not all game users are forum users, some have never visited the forum at all, so how can they be aware of all the rules? being a forum member and reading a set of rules there is not a requirement of the game.

Overlord: It's just a twin copy of the User Agreement that you are obliged to
accept prior to launching the game for the first time, also after
every update.
It's posted on forums FYI only. If you are playing the game, it means you have already agreed to it.
Forums don't have any specific EULA, only forum rules.
