If that is the case, what happens with excess XP after you complete the fifth, will it accumulate as it currently does in hopes of you ever removing the limitation, or is the reason for the limitation a hard cap on the amount of XP a crew member can gain?
Overlord: Exp will be accumulated or there will be no limitation at all
(apart from the number of skills available for each
specialization). I think the latter is better.
