Löwe price still at 7500g?

Löwe was announced to be raised in price a while ago but its still at its old 7500g price. WTH?
Is wargaming really that desperate to milk their customers that they try to scare ppl in buying things with announced price increases?
that sounds like something criminals or the oil industry does...
anyways if anyone has info on the price change and what happened with it i would be happy to hear it.
