Q: currently the GW E seems to be invulnarable to splash damage by other artilleries. is this working as intended or a bug?

Overlord: Not a bug, GW-E enjoys the benefits of skirt/shield type of armor
which allows to absorb HE damage.

i have two small questions.
1) How much can be difference between teams? I mean sum all tanks tier (to today, i think this is only criterium for building teams).
2) when you know, which level is equipment used on tank why you dont take this into consideration when creating teams? It funny go with basic su-100 against Is-3 or 4..and with elite Su-100 agains T-34 and Panzer IV.

I would ask you some questions:
1) About stats of T23:
I saw you posted global stats (% victory and average xp) of T9 mediums, I thank you though I still would like to see the comparison between T8 mediums, because the balance on paper seems to be even worse than the balance of T9. Especially T23 which lacks firepower and armor. I hardly think how can it have similar stats (despite I drive myself a T23 and have currently 554 average xp {no premium} and 60% win ratio ).
2) About French tanks:
a) I read that the game mechanic multiple turrets will be delayed. Can we hope to see it 3 months after the release of French tanks or later ?
b ) Because of the last point, I dread the other new game mechanic, named revolver magazine (mounter on the last tiers )will also be reported, is my fear justified ?
3) Others :
a) Can you increase the daily limit of "+1"? I always run out of it

Are there any plans to modify the Tiger I?
I am thinking about its armor values being incorrect.
I would also like to know if its view range will be extended to reflect the fact that in real life the Tiger had one of the longest view ranges on the battlefield, while in the game it is easily over matched by some of the higher tier tanks, it should be equal to them... shouldnt it?

the consumable 100 octane gasoline was change to automatic use, sometimes I do not want to use it, but have to option to.
The HE rounds for the 88mm gun of the Tiger have an AP value that is only half of what they should be (Official NONE GERMAN TESTS show the AP values of those rounds where @ 90mm AP)
I would like to know why the coated optics dont take effect for 3 seconds after the tank has stopped moving.
If a tank has upgraded optical lenses they they would always work because it is how the glass works, yes?
I would like the know why the Large caliber tank gun rammer is quoted to -10% from load time. in my own tests which involve crew experience levels being equal in each test the load time is not reduced by as much as 10%, the load time is closer to 5% at best, maybe the price should be changed to reflect this? or the load times should be as stated?
I would like to know if the game mechanics allow for the Tiger I's close to perfect armor into account?
An armor value of 45mm on the cheaply made T34 means it has 34mm armor, however the Tiger armor was not cheap, it was close to prefect, but this is not reflected in the game.... why? ....... if you can code to allow for slop armor of a T34 then it is a simple matter to code this too, correct?
Sometimes it seems to me the job the developers have done on the Russian and some American tanks is very good, the IS-7 is good, especially as a lot of the facts used to make it are speculation, but on tanks like the Tiger the job done is really very poor, even though some facts like the armor thickness are easy facts that can be discovered reading even the most fact-less books.
It is a shame to spoil such good work with poor workmanship in some places (((((

So the questions are:
1. Do you plan to buff accuracy or penetration on T5E1 (on t32, with might call for redesignation to prevent T29 from beeling OP in the tier 7 arena) to make it liable as a Tier 9 once again.
2. If the answer to the first question is negative, to you plan to designate it as a Tier 8 gun, and thus, reducing the XP needed for research (because 40K XP is way to much for a Tier 8 gun)

1) AP rounds (not HEAT) for artillery: is their penetration calculated the same as for other guns? the ranges they shoot at are much bigger, so their actual penetration will be quite low. also
their muzzle velocity and flight path are quite different, so is there any difference? if no is there a change planned in the future?
2) is weaker top armor (as in real life) modelled ingame to give artillery an advantage and height advantages to tanks?
3) any plan to introduce AP rounds to more SPGs?

Overlord: 1. Atillery AP rounds work the same way as tank AP rounds. Not
planning to change anything here at this stage.

Overlord: The effect is partial, skirt can abosrb the damage that doesn't
exceed certain value.

I saw the tip that read that in clan battles and tank companies, half of the experience and credit earned by the defeated team is awarded to the winning team.
Will in the near future be the sme in random battles? And if not why not?
Overlord: Not going to do this for random battles, this would be too harsh to
penalize random players that way. Clan and company battles are
somewhat different.

Overlord: Looks like you are filing a claim, not asking. 1-3 are rather
disputable issues.

direction of splash wave and its power, the distance from explosion
spot to the vehicle, installed module (liner).
