It does not seem logical...it's false advertising.
You should show the numbers dor 100% crew and show the increases other things bring aftwerwards.
It's like saying ...buy our new Mercedes X which is capable of 300 mph , u buy it and then find out a small footnote like " with optional 2000HP twin rocket engine, for 2mil $ each"

Overlord: This is a known issue. Planning to rework the display of stats.

Overlord: These are just pre-orders, this stuff will be available for purchase on regular basis when they are finished. As far as I know this company can deliver the goods to any EU country.

AFAIK the Bt-2 and Bt-7 also have Christie suspension and they are known as cavalry or fast tanks, but in the game this doesn't really show that much in my opinion. Are you planning to give them a distinct role on the battlefield as the line stops after tier 4?

Also whilst we are on the subject of the Objekt 704, the speed nerf will mean avg cruising speed drops into the high 20s, this puts it in line with heavies of the same tier, but again removes a very distinct charcteristic of the tank, with the reality that its frontal armour is actually pretty weak vs tier 7+ fire, why such a nerf in its combat field maneouvrability?

Overlord: This was the necessary rebalancing, the aim was neither buff nor nerf Object 704, but adjust its playstyle. Horizontal traverse is rather important for sure, however it received HP increase and dispersion decrease as well.
As for speed values, they are not that important.

Overlord: 1. To enable more credible visiblility checks. For some reason rays going from one of ports can be blocked by a minor object. Having two ports decreases this probability.
2. This layout ensures the most precise checks.
