Are You testing the General test patch v0.6.4 on Russian Server?

I'm also failing to understand why the T-54 has been buffed with a better engine? Last I checked the one tank that certainly did not need a buff was the damn Dev-54, especially with the ninja buff it recieved in the form of the new tracking mechanics.
