Most changes look good, especially the consumables make sense :)
I am quite interested in this change:
• Added an option to turn-off tank shaking during shooting/moving/stopping/being hit in sniper mode. Default setting is shaking on.
The tank shaking is a major disadvantage of the sniper mode. An on/off button seems very strange to me, as it basically a choice of playing easy vs playing difficult. The tank shaking does not only affect your convenience, but also accuracy (you have to re-aim). This button will basically increase aiming time, but its optional. Why that button (it will only mean new players are at a disadvantage)?
Personally I would rather see limited shaking in sniper mode. A bit of a disadvantage for the better view is fine in my opinion. Why not rework it so everyone is even?

Overlord: 1. Reworking visibility/camo is meant to eliminate all current discrepancies in camo values.
Apart from this there will be other adjustments like:
• Added extra checkpoints on tank models for more accurate visibility checks.
2. There are some technical issues with this shaking effect. Might rework it in another way.
