Fixed .exe file v.0.6.3.8 with disabled track prints

Overlord: Fixed .exe file with disabled rendering of track prints is available. It turns off the display of track prints on the ground. Download link.
Download the file and place it in root game folder, launch the game using this file
(WorldOfTanks_notraces.exe)
