CW beta should be played before release

Many people have concerns that at least some battles should be balanced to allow lower tier tanks to participate and create more scope for strategy (over brute strength).
Personally I am not sure I agree, but they may well be right.
Shouldnt this be tested before the actual release of the game?
Also I bet you there are some teething problems with cws. i mean there has to be.
Should we really be working through these, while we are actually paying for the game?
I mean I am not looking forward to the hardwipe and the sooner the better for me, BUT you have to test the cw beta first, seems pretty obvious to me.
