Why WG transferred Baltic Storm from RU to EU server ?

OldFox: WG are working on automatic tranfer system. BTC transfer from RU to EU was an experiment designed to help us make this system faster and better. Sorry, but we realy have no time and opportunity to discuss all our actions with community.
