Ups, you cannot, unless you will clearly stated what is allowed or what is not in CW battles.
Which is not that easy as it may sounds.

Can you point me somewhere where it is stated and defined? like EULA , CW rules .. or other official rules
I just dont see at this moment any "legal" background for this silly threat.
Unless you will put clear statement what is nonathletic behavior or what is not, together with its application to CW rules, we are allowed to do in CW whatever we want and you can do absolutely nothing about it

Unathletic behaviour is any attempt from clans who want to increase their amount of VP or FP by faking battles providing the enemy team with benefits or advantages. This behaviour is obviously against our game mechanic and the whole idea of the campaign. Administration has the right to request replays if any doubts come up. I assure you that we will take the mentioned actions I mentioned above if necessary.
Apart from that I really want to point out that the campaign are created by a dedicated team to increase your game experience and the fun factor you have in the game. Checking the current feedback so far a good job has been done and as I already mentioned before we will release more information an details soonish.
