Halloween is Near!

It's not that popular and it's not feared as previously stated. Maybe that's why so there would be only a few in eatch match? It's a little under powered so maybe they buff it for this event? Give it that 390 alpha or incendiary shells or something. Gotta see if I should finally buy the thing... Will there be anything for the lower tiers? King Tigers can be seen in matches played in tier VI - X tanks. What about I - V? New players are gonna be bummed. Maybe there are other "predatory" tanks that get the new skins and features like Luchs, Leopard, Panther, Hellcat...? HELLCAT! Sounds quite Halloweenish to me.
