Sandbox: Test HD Maps Starting October 11

MrConway: We are aware of the current issues with loading into the battles and graphics settings, we apologize for the inconvenience.   As this is the first public test of the HD maps, technical issues are to be expected. We'll try to have them resolved as soon as we can!
