Customer support is absolutely unhelpful

I had a case which i knew it was not my mistake, but still took me to re-open the ticket a few time, before they replaced my order, and the funny thing was I had to make one more payment first before they replace it, it make it look like I made the mistake the they refund me.  Good luck.
