MrConway: The idea behind these changes is to make the second line of
TDs (more) viable. Please bear in mind that the actual stats are of
course still subject to many changes, but you can expect the tanks
to get a lot more mobile and flexible in the firing positions they
can actually use. This should also bring the Challenger more
in line with the following vehicles and make the line more
consistent overall.
