Ranked Battles Beta Season

Right now it's a night and day difference between the leagues, which would be fine, but better players will be better and better every season as they'll fit their tanks out with this premium equipment that weaker players can only dream of, unless they grind like crazy.   This move should also ease the community's negative attitude to this game mode.
