I'm just not that serious so have no interest in playing at that level where I'd not help my teammates and is financially difficult.   There are numerous old maps which could be reintroduced and from the likes I see to my posts, there are many players who's main enjoyment is the variety of maps in the game. For me, far more so than playing different vehicles. I do appreciate that maybe some maps were taken out due to slight imbalance, but for players who play regularly, you will be on the 'better' side about 50% of the time anyway.   WG know what they're doing and have an excellent game in WoT, so I don't doubt their business practices, but I'd be really interested to know why maps are limited to a certain number. I'm guessing it's related to server usage, but would be good to hear from someone with actual knowledge of the situation.   Bigger maps and more tanks on the battlefield sounds great to me, but open it up to all tiers and get a new map at least every other release if not every upgrade.

MrConway:   We want more maps in the game, absolutely. We are also already looking at options for bringing many of the old favourites back into the game (looking at you Dragon Ridge :)).   The main issue is that our map team is currently entirely focused on the HD rework of all existing maps as this is something we really want to roll out later this year. Once that is done we can put more effort into creating new maps again.

The time reaching the action will move away at another point of the map, or the game will be over. 3*3km map are for lights and medium that can drive fast and react fast on different points. Some fast TD's will love these also. 30 vs 30 why not... more dmg is always nice but they need to find "the idea" that will make all type of tank useful into this mode.   But as most people said before why don't you just ADD more maps in the random mode instead of loosing so much human resources and money (our money in fact) to develop a new mode... How many new maps would you have been able to create and implement if you used that time and money to concentrate on new maps?!?

MrConway:   We know that a new game mode wasn't at the top of everyone's wishlist but we thought it could be a great addition to the game. It is important to note that we did not use our core World of Tanks team to work on this mode, instead an external studio is working on it, meaning that the core team can keep working on balancing and the new HD maps.

MrConway:   Please head over to the Sandbox forums and leave us some detailed feedback on why it wasn't fun and what we can do to change this!
