Does any breaking of any of the rules mean you get a sanction?   For instance, someone doesn't read the rules and posts in red text, they get a warning.  Fair enough.  Then the next day they post something which is misinterpreted by a moderator as an insult but was not meant that way and they get 14 days ban?

MrConway:   If you have issues with how the rules are being applied, feel free to contact us for clarification.
