MrConway: Let me just step in here and bring this topic to an end.
Firstly, we do not ask players for proof of payments if said
players have not made any payments, that wouldn't make any sense.
If we lock an account due to suspicious/fraudulent activity
we do this only for a good reason. If your clan mate cannot satisfy
customer support that said account is and always was his own, there
is really nothing to be done. Calling for players to send
tickets to swamp support and bully them into unlocking an account
makes no sense and will only negatively impact other players
waiting for a response to their own problems. Your clan mate
is free to keep discussing the issue with support, but having
looked into it, if he doesn't have the requested data, he
should just open up a new account. //closed
