Account suspended ...Please help !

MrConway: Just to clarify, as I saw a lot of speculation in this thread: We do not ban players fro having multiple accounts or playing under the same IP address, we have quite clearly stated that people can run more than one account if they want to.   OP's issue is a more specific one that he will have to address with customer support. Having checked I can assure you its not just for playing on two different accounts.
