First of all I would like to thank you!
This is how feedback reaches the highest level of any company.
I printed your open letter out and will use it in the next managers meeting. Even that many points are already known and we work on them it’s a perfect example what we should put more focus on.
Such a detailed open letter which gives productive feedback instead of just trying to insult or start a flame war is what I can work with.
I will come back tomorrow and hope to give you some more answers on your points.
