Person B is rational/lazy/tired/uninterested, he bakes 10 breads every day, even if he could bake 12, 15, 20, 30. His salary is standard and will never change.
Person C bakes 8 breads and is therefore bad. If he continues with such unproper behaviour, he will get punished by general opinion, his photo on the Wall of Shame, reduced salary and, if he continues, with removal of such person to some worse work. He will get some kind of work anyway, that's the Law. During Stalin's times he could get into jail as sabouteur of socialism baking. If he makes 10 breads a day, he will happily bake his bread until his death or until socialism times ending.
Is such principle robbery and theft for you?
To those wishing to live under nazi rules, I can only quote one old Czech woman who lived during occupation and told her young misbehaving grandchild at my presence: Hitler upon you!
