So when do We get Historical Battles?

is made with special balancer and company vs. company mode.
From what I've read/heard, it seems that there will be different modes like "1941", "1942" etc. where individual tanks will cost more or less.
For example, they mentioned that KV-1 will cost much more balance-wise in 1941 than in 1943.
They also do not plan to make historical battles just as "Battle! for random people". Therefore people will need to socialize, make balanced companies etc.
Personally I'm very curious to see how will it all fare.
