Hall of Fame or Hall of Shame?

LiannaSilverwind: Like authors before me have mentioned, there are people who spent gold in order to transfer experience off elite tanks into free experience to jump over tanks they do not enjoy or like. Nothing bad in that, if they want to use/spend/waste money on that, why not?
Usual botter have about 100 experience per battle and 30-35% win/loss ratio with 0-10 frags per 1000 battles.
