IS-3 - IS3 has an insane gun an can penetrate easy the KT armor. and the IS3's front armor can be tough to penetrate ( due to the insane slop and armor)

as i said before(another topic) USSR tanks are easy to play, when german and US tanks, u need skill and luck to play them.

Why does it happen on both RU and EU servers? EU server preference is clear: German tanks. On EU German tanks defeat Soviet tanks in win/loss ratio for every heavy and medium tank. But still Soviet tanks are OP?
WG uses Win/Loss Ratio and XP per battle as main stats for boost/nerf. Someone may disagree with them, but that is what developers have posted before.
