People often ask: why do they have 2x Panther and 1x Ferdinand while we have only 2x stock IS-3? The reason is simple:
2x medium 8 = 16, 1x TD 8 = 8, Total = 24
2x heavy 8 = 16 * 1.45 = 23.2
Balancer does not care for cannon nor equipment currently. It did before, but it led to even more questions and misunderstandings.
