SPGs. Do they prevent or encourage camping?

LiannaSilverwind: There is great difference between Clan Wars/company battle and random battle. In Clan Wars/company battles properly trained teams move their SPGs to certain positions where usually "safe" hidespots suddenly become deathtraps.
