Team A has defeated Team B, Team B has defeated Team C, Team C has defeated team A. As rules state, in case of par in points, the team that has defeated the other team gets the higher position, but that works for two teams. how does it work for 3 or more teams that form a "win-defeat circle".       I am sure that many people have asked this before and you have given them an answer but I am too lazy to search for it, for which I apolofize.
