1v1 NewMultiCup - Q&A

Karlie: I will make a recap:   This tournament had lots of issues. First it was planned for 19:00 even though on page it was shown as 17:00. The tournament started at 19:00 (for some with 2 hours delay). Then we had issues when many invites were sent but not all of them were correct (for those who picked the correct invites which was surprisingly most of the people we kept running the tournament). Around 20:15 the system had a temporary problem which caused that each tier lost results from at least 1 round. That means that lots of people that would normally make it to Playoff point wise didn´t as not all of the battles were counted. We set the Playoff anyway with the results we had as stopping it would harm everyone even more.   I am very sorry that this tournament wasn´t fun for a lot of you and I hope that perhaps you at least enjoyed gaining more experience against the opponents. There will be small compensation given to everyone who confirmed his/her team for today´s tournament (all tiers) and went with us through all the issues. I will announce the compensation tomorrow (it will be most likely some booster but I will aim to get you some really nice one that will help you in your game progress in randoms).   Once again I apologize for the issues we had today. Even though it might look like we are often having issues, please keep in mind that there is tournament nearly every day so there is lots of nice tournaments that you can enjoy. Obviously those that are having issues are those hard to forget.   And last but not least - thank you for the support from your side!
