about it would be you having printscreen from being ready (which I
doubt you have) 
. We´ve checked with the devs and there is no issue
found so it seems like the problem was on your side (not being
ready, wrong tier...) but tier 8 had no issues. Sadly without the
printscreen showing otherwise I have nothing to check.
