(Crew XP 200% 1h)+ Auto Fire Extinguisher".   After discussion with customer support (ticket 1640307) they have informed me that "Having checked your account, I could see that the rewards arrived to your account the 22nd of September: Automatic Fire Extinguisher (1) Booster 5036: +200% crew experience per battle for 1h (x1)" but that, in terms of the gold part of the prize I was expecting:-   "To check any player and his eligibility, we have special lists with all the tournaments and your names. We have checked all of them and your name was simply not on the list. If you are about to contact eSports, please tell them that according to our lists, which we got from them, your name is not included."   Could you please look into this potential omission of my name (and possibly that of my 2 team members) from the gold prize list? I'm wondering if this is something to do with my team having come joint 3rd, although I've received the prize for the nth place finish position when being joint in that position previously. Thanks.
