RNG Cups - Questions & Answers

Karlie:   This is something that every game has problem with. We are working on this topic as well but as far as cheating goes, it will most likely never be perfect because its not the game that is cheating, it´s the people and this will be ongoing problem. If something like this happens, I can not really change the results but I can at least send no prize to that person If he is supposed to get any. For that I need you to report him and send me the replay and name of the "team". I personally don´t understand how someone can enjoy winning like that but I guess some people prefer to look good than actually be good. The way I am dealing with this - I simply don´t destroy any objects on the map... (not saying it´s a solution but it helps)  

Karlie:   Actually you are right. Sorry, I was just informed about this. I will look into it and see what can be done perhaps with the following stages as you suggested.  

Karlie:   Well the main reason for tournaments are to have fun and train yourself. You are as well getting xp´s and credits without repair cost so that is something that is not happening in random games. And you are not right, since you made it to top 64, you will receive the group stage reward. It´s not gold but it´s not "nothing".   With the duration you are totally right. Sadly the system doesn´t allow us to make it run faster. With such an amount of teams, the system need to wait for previous battles that are running later and that makes the tournament run longer than we would like to. We are working on this issue system wise as well as trying to avoid it till than.  The only solution for this cup would be limiting the teams or have no Playoff. And also, we are always trying to come up with something more entertaining. In this case it didn´t work as we planned but we still hope more people enjoyed it that didn´t like it.
