Fan Cup VII: Arty Party - Rules Enforcement

Karlie:   Sadly, out tools cant handle that at the moment (working on it though). This tournament started as a fun tournament where players didnt want to cheat - they wanted to have fun. Within a time, the situation changed which means we might consider not to make this tournament again until we have proper tools for it.   BTW again, this is Rules Enforcement thread.
