So tonight I was playing WoT as usual, but I somehow lost
track of time...and before I knew it, it was midnight

Then I had a lightbulb moment. We
now have an open garage, in the woods, out in the fresh air where
the Sun's rays light up the hazy morning mist, as the tankers in
the base camp prepare for battle...but should we stop there?
Definitely not. What if the garage actually had real-time
day progression? In the mornings, when the servers come back online
after downtime, it would look like it does now. In the
middle of the day (ex. 11:00 til 16:00) it would be a bright hot
day, with distant sounds of gunfire, as the tankers, and soldiers,
go into battle, with a few people left in the nearby tent, keeping
check of the battle happening in the background ambience, the
ambience now including radiowaves from the camp's transmission
relay. In the evenings (ex. 16:00 til 20:00) the light
begins to fade as the day ends, the battle has stopped, and the
camp's medical team is taking care of injured soldiers, while the
mechanics beat on the twisted tank metal to patch up the damage
sustained in battle (wrenching bolts, welding parts). During
the night (ex. 20:00 til 6:00) It's a peaceful night, the moon is
shining and reflecting off the water, crickets can be heard, along
with the voices of all the tankers gathered around a campfire,
telling stories or explaining how they destroyed an enemy tank
(possibly explaining tactics which could be used in the game?),
etc. Just imagine each of those settings visually, and tell
me what you think about it, I'm curious.

Kandly: Ohhhh yes, I love this suggestion. +1 Some posts along
those lines have already been included in the past 1.0
reports, but I'll be happy to also forward yours as well. <3
Thank you guys!
