occurs in all sports, and great players are the ones who can
control it. Someone said they don't get angry, just frustrated, and
some are having a laugh about it. For me it is different. I get
seriously angry, and the more angry the worse I play, and so forth.
The point is, for some of us, I think learning to deal with it is a
major key to improvement.Kandly: Hmmm yes, it depends. Some get mildly upset, others get
frustrated, or they laugh, or throw chairs around, break mice or
keyboards, and so on.
In case you see it affects you a lot,
then I suggest what others did as well: just take a break from
playing the game, go do something that brings you peace (for
example, I like being in the park and hearing the birds, so super
simple stuff) or watch your favorite streamer play instead, because
sometimes all it takes is a short break to have awesome games
afterwards.
Don't force yourself to go through
it and keep playing if you don't feel comfortable.
