Is IS-7 rigged?

Kandly: Hi guys,   I can assure you that the IS-7 is not rigged and that this particular situation seems to be an unfortunate combo between a misinterpretation of data and super eager moderation. Since the calculation itself depends on many variables, it would be impossible to have perfectly mirrored XP - because that would basically entail that every single action taken by those tanks has also been perfectly mirrored, all within a perfectly mirrored context, which is... well... impossible.   Feel free to keep looking into this if you wish, but I can tell you it's a nonstory that got escalated due to how it was moderated.
