A Community Manager is the face of a company, managing communications in both directions. This digital-savvy employee is responsible for all communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation, among other things.   Both directions. That means you don't get all pissy when you get negative feedback from the community at large and shut people down. Be a good community manager and show this thread to your managers as per the job description.
