Update 9.21: New Customization Mechanics

Kandly:   Hey guys. I wanted to make a comment on this a few days ago, because I also brought it up with the devs when I was in Minsk, but other things got in the way until now, unfortunately. From what I gathered, it has always been our intention to not allow moving CW camos between vehicles. I know that this wasn't explained as well as it should have been until now and I understand why it seems like a bug, but I can explain the reason why it's intended and why allowing this isn't something we want. We don't think it would be the best choice for such a reward, because it would diminish its uniqueness. Don't only think of what we have in the game now, but also what other rewards we might be getting in the future. If we allow moving the CW camo like the others, then it wouldn't be so special anymore. For now, there are no plans to change this due to the reasons I mentioned.
