Kandly: Hello again!   I have some clarifications regarding the penalty system.   How it works: 1. In order to inform Clans about the penalty System for the first 3 no-shows, the System simply sends a warning message to WoT client. 2. We do not clear the first 3 no-shows because their purpose is to tell about the penalty system when the Clan starts making no-shows. 3. After the first 3 no-shows were made by the Clan, the System starts analyzing the last 3 days and no-shows made within these 3 days. 4. As soon as Clan makes the 1st no-show within these 3 days, the System sends the warning notification once again. 5. As soon as Clan makes the 2nd and more no-show within these 3 days, the System applies penalties to it.   Let’s take a look at the following example:   Clan “A” chronology: • 15.10.2017 - it was the first time when the Clan made a no-show, the System sends a warning notification to the Clan. • 20.10.2017 - it was the second time when the Clan made no-show, the System sends a warning notification to the Clan. • 25.10.2017 - it was the third time when the Clan made no-show, the System sends a warning notification to the Clan. • After that, the System starts analyzing the last 3 days for the Clan A. • 20.11.2017 - the Clan made a subsequent no-show, as it was the 1st no-show within the last 3 days (18-20.11.2017) the System sends warning notification to the Clan • 21.11.2017 - the Clan made a subsequent no-show, as it was the 2nd no-show within the last 3 days (19-21.11.2017) the System applies penalties to the Clan • 25.11.2017 the Clan made a subsequent no-show, as it was the 1st no-show within the last 3 days (23-25.11.2017) the System sends a warning notification to the Clan   We hope that this clarifies the system a bit.
