As several furumites said, naming and shaming is against our forum rules.
In the other hand, the friendly fire is tracked both by frequency and amount. The bigger frequency/damage bigger the sanction.
The sanctions are given automatically which basically means that nor mods, nor CS can help with such cases.
Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done in such cases.
