Why can I only report 10 bots per day when there are thousands playing?

Jbnn: Actually be thankful that there are only 10 reports per day. In case that there were more, more players will report you just because of how you suicide/afk/team-kill, which will also bring you more sanctions. 

The reports are limited to 10 so trolls won't be able to bring harm to other players.
