Actually when you create your account, you accept some terms. One of those terms is to use English in the general chat.
To be honest, I understand your feeling as I am not a native English speaker either. But for those who do not understand English, or prefer to just use their own language, there are channels.
If you do not know how to find the channel of your language, you may ask any moderator. Or even create your own channel if you want.
I think that I should close this thread. Personally I am not feeling alright being called racist for free.
